Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Nova Vital, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.
Returns:
Customers may request a return of an opened or unopened product within 30 days from the date the order was received.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at(866) 280-4493, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Our Customer Support team will provide instructions and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include your order information or invoice when submitting a return request so that we can locate and verify the purchase.
Refunds:
Once the returned product has been received and the return has been approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.
Refunds will generally be processed after the returned product has been received and reviewed. Depending on the customer's card issuer or financial institution, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear on the customer's account.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible after placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has shipped.
If an order has already shipped, the customer may follow the return process outlined above.
For subscription orders, customers may contact Customer Support to request cancellation of future recurring charges. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout, subject to applicable shipping restrictions.
If an order arrives damaged, is missing, or is lost during shipment, please contact Customer Support at (866) 280-4493 as soon as possible so that we can assist with the issue and, when applicable, coordinate with the shipping carrier.
